Chris Minchella is a Broker who focuses on restaurant, office and multifamily work for RCA. His clients include a variety of quick service restaurants looking to secure new locations and/or renew leases. He also works with larger national restaurant providers to secure spaces for their concepts in the greater Chicagoland area. Chris has been with the firm since 2017 and has held his Illinois real estate license since 2015.
Prior to his career in real estate, Chris helped companies in transition manage the decommissioning and relocation of their furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Chris brings his understanding of the unique challenges faced by early-stage and small businesses to help clients address their real estate needs in a way that compliments their growth strategy.
Chris is a member of the Northern Illinois Franchise Association, the Illinois Restaurant Association, and the Rogers Park Builders Group. He holds a B.S in International Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Chris is married and is the proud dad of one daughter.
