Trip McDonough is an experienced commercial real estate broker who began practicing in 2005. He focuses on office and medical office brokerage and development, working directly with individual investors, tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers.

Trip has successfully negotiated acquisitions and dispositions for developers of new construction and redevelopment projects and commercial condominiums. He has also negotiated distressed asset assignments for numerous banks, professional service providers and medical users.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Trip worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) for 10 years. Trading taught Trip to execute high volumes of financial transactions in a fast-paced business environment and his tenure at the CME prepared him for a long career in commercial real estate.
